192 Required medical fitness evidence
(1)
The certificate mentioned in subsection (2) is required as medical fitness evidence for an application for the grant or renewal of a dangerous goods driver licence.
(2)
The certificate must be—
(a)
about the medical fitness of the applicant to drive a vehicle; and
(b)
issued by a doctor who, not more than 6 months before the day the application is made, examined and passed the applicant in accordance with the fitness to drive standards, as in force at the time of the examination.
