191 Required competency evidence
A document mentioned in subsection (2) is required as competency evidence for an application for the grant or renewal of a dangerous goods driver licence.
The document must be either—
a certificate issued, not more than 6 months before the day the application is made, by a person who conducted an approved test or approved training course stating that the applicant passed the test or finished the course; or
other written evidence that the applicant passed an approved test or finished an approved training course not more than 6 months before the day the application is made.
In this section—
approved test means a test approved under section 21(1)(a).
approved training course means a training course approved under section 21(1)(b).
