202 Additional condition

(1)

It is a condition of a dangerous goods driver licence that the chief executive may, by written notice given to the licensee, require the licensee to produce to the chief executive a certificate that would be required under section 192 if the licensee were to apply for a renewal of the licence.

(2)

The written notice must state a period of at least 2 months after the day the notice is given to the licensee within which the licensee must produce the certificate.

(3)

The chief executive must not give written notice under this section if the period of validity of the dangerous goods driver licence is less than 4 months.
