196 Licence periods
(1)
A dangerous goods driver licence is granted for the period stated in the licence, being a period not longer than 5 years.
(2)
A dangerous goods driver licence takes effect on the day the licence is granted or a later day stated in the licence.
(3)
A dangerous goods driver licence is renewed for the period stated in the renewed licence, being a period not longer than 5 years and 3 months.
