200 Licence conditions
The chief executive may grant or renew a dangerous goods driver licence subject to a condition mentioned in subsection (2) or (3).
A dangerous goods driver licence may be subject to a condition about—
the dangerous goods that may or may not be transported in or on a vehicle driven by the licensee; or
the packaging that may or may not be used to transport dangerous goods in or on a vehicle driven by the licensee; or
the vehicles that may be driven by the licensee in transporting dangerous goods; or
the areas where the licensee may or may not drive a vehicle transporting dangerous goods or particular dangerous goods; or
the supervision of the licensee when driving a vehicle transporting dangerous goods; or
the medical examinations required to be undergone by the licensee in accordance with the fitness to drive standards.
A dangerous goods driver licence may be subject to any other condition necessary for the safe transport of dangerous goods by road.
