1 Residential facilities
Employment is regulated employment if any of the usual functions of the employment is carried out, or is likely to be carried out, inside—
(a)
a residential facility; or
(b)
another place, other than a residential facility, at which a child accommodation service is provided under funding provided by the Commonwealth or by the department in which the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 is administered.
