10 Religious representatives
Employment is regulated employment if—
(a)
the employee is a religious representative; and
(b)
the usual functions of the employment include, or are likely to include—
(i)
providing services, as a religious representative, directed mainly towards children; or
(ii)
conducting activities, as a religious representative, mainly involving children.
