Use of criminal history information

Current

The chief executive must not use information obtained under section 273, about a person’s criminal history, other than for assessing—

(a)

any risk of either of the following being harmed by the person—

(i)

a child in a detention centre;

(ii)

a detention centre employee; or

(b)

any risk to the security of the detention centre.
