330 Generally in relation to new pt 6
(1)
Unless otherwise provided, a provision of new part 6 applies from the relevant commencement to all proceedings to which it is stated to apply—
(a)
whether current or otherwise; and
(b)
whether the proceeding relates to an offence committed before or after the commencement; and
(c)
whether or not the proceeding follows any form of appeal or review.
(2)
In this section—
relevant commencement means the commencement of section 26 of the amending Act.
