39 Convenors
(1)
A convenor is responsible for convening a conference.
(2)
The chief executive may approve appropriately qualified persons as convenors.
(3)
A convenor has all the powers—
(a)
necessary to perform the responsibilities of a convenor; or
(b)
conferred on the convenor under this Act or another Act.
