333 Child offender who becomes an adult
(1)
Sections 135, 136, 137 and 138(2) apply only to a remand by a court after the relevant commencement.
(2)
Sections 135(3) and 138(3) apply only to a term of imprisonment or period of detention to which the offender is sentenced after the relevant commencement.
(3)
In this section—
relevant commencement means the commencement of section 42 of the amending Act.
