65 Notice of inquiry
At the commencement of an inquiry by an Integrity Tribunal the Integrity Tribunal must give the public officer who is the subject of the inquiry written notice of the inquiry including – the allegation of misconduct; and the substance of the evidence supporting the allegation.
Section 98 applies to a notice referred to in subsection (1) if the notice specifies that it is a confidential document.
