66 Right of representation
A public officer who is the subject of an inquiry is entitled to be represented by a legal practitioner or other agent when appearing before an Integrity Tribunal during the inquiry.
A witness appearing before an Integrity Tribunal may, with its approval, be represented by a legal practitioner or other agent.
A legal practitioner or agent who represents any person at a hearing of the Integrity Tribunal may examine or cross-examine witnesses on behalf of the person.
