Integrity Commission Act 2009

A public officer who receives notice of an inquiry under section 65 may respond to that notice by doing any or all of the following:

making oral or written submissions to the Integrity Tribunal;

giving evidence to the Integrity Tribunal to contradict or explain the allegation or evidence;

cross-examining any person making any statement in relation to the inquiry;

calling witnesses on matters relevant to the inquiry or evidence;

producing any record, information, material or thing.
