69 Procedure of inquiry
Subject to this Act and any directions issued by the Chief Commissioner under subsection (2), an Integrity Tribunal – may conduct an inquiry in any manner it considers appropriate; and must observe the rules of procedural fairness; and is not required to hold a hearing for an inquiry; and may obtain information from any persons in any manner it considers appropriate; and may make any inquiries it considers appropriate; and may determine its own procedure in conducting an inquiry.
The Chief Commissioner may issue directions regarding the conduct of inquiries.
