164 Licence fee exemption
Subject to subregulation (2), a person who has attained the age of 65 years is exempt from the licence fee payable on an application for the issue or renewal of a driver licence.
Despite subregulation (1), a person entitled to the exemption under that subregulation must still pay the licence production fee for the manufacture of the driver licence.
