169 Limitation on concessional registration payments for eligible pensioners and eligible asylum seekers

In this regulation – concessional registration payment means a registration payment payable by an eligible pensioner or eligible asylum seeker under Part 3 of Schedule 1.

Unless the Registrar otherwise determines, an eligible pensioner or eligible asylum seeker is, at any one time, entitled to a concessional registration payment only for – one caravan; and one trailer other than a caravan; and one motor cycle; and one motor vehicle other than a motor cycle.
