170 Limitation on concessional administrative fee for eligible pensioners and eligible asylum seekers
In this regulation – concessional administrative fee means an administrative fee payable by an eligible pensioner or eligible asylum seeker under Part 3 of Schedule 1.
Unless the Registrar otherwise determines, an eligible pensioner or eligible asylum seeker is, at any one time, entitled to a concessional administrative fee only for – one caravan; and one trailer other than a caravan; and one motor cycle; and one motor vehicle other than a motor cycle.
