Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008

The following persons may apply to the Court for a review of a reviewable decision – the regulated entity whose business is the subject of the reviewable decision; or a person or body, who the Court is satisfied is an affected or interested person.

An application must – be made in the form and manner determined by the Court; and specify the grounds for review being relied on; and be made no later than 45 business days, or such other period as may be determined by the Court, after the reviewable decision is published in accordance with this Act.
