82 Leave for interveners
A person may apply to the Court for leave to intervene in a review of a reviewable decision under this Part.
A person may only apply for leave to intervene under subsection (1) if the Court is satisfied that the person is an affected or interested person.
An application to intervene under subsection (1) must be made no later than 15 business days after the application for review of a reviewable decision under section 79 has been lodged with the Court in accordance with this Act.
