81 Intervention by others in a review without leave
Only the following persons may intervene in a review under this Part without leave of the Court:
the regulated entity to whom the reviewable decision being reviewed applies (if that entity is not the applicant);
the Minister;
the Treasurer;
the Ministers administering – the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994; and the Public Health Act 1997; and the Water Management Act 1999.
