28 Ancient lakes
(1)
Subject to subregulation (2), an ancient lake or land within 200 metres of an ancient lake is an area of cultural heritage sensitivity.
(2)
If part of an ancient lake or part of the land within 200 metres of an ancient lake has been subject to significant ground disturbance, that part is not an area of cultural heritage sensitivity.
(3)
In this regulation, ancient lake means an area identified as "Qxy" in the Surface Geology of Victoria 1:250 000 map book.
