29 Declared Ramsar wetlands
(1)
Subject to subregulation (2), a declared Ramsar wetland or land within 200 metres of a declared Ramsar wetland is an area of cultural heritage sensitivity.
(2)
If part of a declared Ramsar wetland or part of the land within 200 metres of a declared Ramsar wetland has been subject to significant ground disturbance, that part is not an area of cultural heritage sensitivity.
(3)
In this regulation, declared Ramsar wetland has the same meaning as in the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 of the Commonwealth.
