39 Lunettes
(1)
Subject to subregulation (2), a lunette is an area of cultural heritage sensitivity.
(2)
If part of a lunette has been subject to significant ground disturbance, that part is not an area of cultural heritage sensitivity.
(3)
In this regulation, lunette means an area identified as "Ql" and "Ql1" in the Surface Geology of Victoria 1:250 000 map book.
