37 Volcanic cones of western Victoria
(1)
Subject to subregulation (2), the volcanic cones of western Victoria are areas of cultural heritage sensitivity.
(2)
If part of the volcanic cones of western Victoria has been subject to significant ground disturbance, that part is not an area of cultural heritage sensitivity.
(3)
In this regulation, volcanic cones of western Victoria means an area identified as—
(a)
"Ne", "Nep1", "Nept", "Neptp" and "Nes" in the Surface Geology of Victoria 1:250 000 map book; or
(b) "Qvs" on the Geological Survey of Victoria 1:250 000 map series sheet SJ54-11 entitled "Portland" (second edition, 1997).
