41 Sand sheets
(1)
Subject to subregulation (2), a sand sheet, including the Cranbourne sand, is an area of cultural heritage sensitivity.
(2)
If part of a sand sheet, including the Cranbourne sand, has been subject to significant ground disturbance, that part is not an area of cultural heritage sensitivity.
(3)
In this regulation, sand sheet, including the Cranbourne sand means an area identified as "Qd1" and "Qxr" in the Surface Geology of Victoria 1:250 000 map book.
