124 Making a claim for compensation for property loss and damage
(1)
A claim for compensation for destruction, damage or loss of personal property must—
(a)
include an estimate of the cost of the destruction, damage or loss; and
(b)
be in the form determined by the Chief Executive Officer; and
(c)
be lodged with the Authority.
(2)
If a claim for compensation or the material accompanying the claim for compensation is incomplete or is insufficient to enable the Authority to determine the claim, the Authority may request further information from the member or the claimant before determining the claim.
