Claim arising out of transport accident

In force

A member seeking compensation for property loss or damage arising out of a transport accident must—

(a)

make a report to a police officer concerning the circumstances of the transport accident; and

(b)

provide a copy of the police report to the Authority when lodging the claim for compensation.
