127 Determination of claims for compensation for property loss and damage
(1)
The Authority must—
(a)
inquire into the circumstances of a claim for compensation lodged under regulation 124; and
(b)
determine the claim as soon as possible.
(2)
In determining a claim for compensation, the Authority—
(a)
has power to do all things necessary or expedient to determine the claim; and
(b)
may take into account the negligence of the member making the claim after considering any additional material and submissions provided by the member.
