27 Criteria for junior membership

(1)

A person who is 11 years of age or more, but less than 16 years of age, is eligible to be enrolled as a junior member of a brigade.

(2)

A junior member—

(a)

is not entitled to vote at brigade meetings or stand for election as an officer of a brigade or group of brigades; and

(b)

may undertake activities including social activities, sporting activities, community service, fundraising and training in first aid and practical skills; and

(c)

must not attend at a fire or other emergency.
