36 Cancellation of enrolment
The Authority may cancel the enrolment of a member if the Authority receives a request and sufficient evidence from the member's brigade that the member, for at least 12 months—
has been absent without taking a leave of absence in accordance with regulation 35; or
has not demonstrated sufficient interest in performing their functions as a member.
The Authority may cancel the enrolment of a member if it is satisfied that the member is no longer a fit and proper person to be enrolled as a member.
Before cancelling the enrolment of a member under subregulation (1) or (2), the Authority must be satisfied that the member has been afforded procedural fairness.
