29 Application for transfer between brigades
An application by a member to transfer membership from one brigade to another brigade must be made to the Authority in writing and specify—
(a)
the applicant's name, address and membership number; and
(b)
the name of the applicant's current brigade and the name of the brigade the applicant is seeking to transfer to; and
(c)
details of any relevant medical conditions that the applicant has not previously notified the Authority of.
