30 Application for general membership by a junior member

(1)

A junior member who has attained the age of 16 years or more may apply in writing to the Authority to join a brigade as a general member.

(2)

An application made under subregulation (1) must specify—

(a)

the applicant's name, address and membership number; and

(b)

the name and number of the brigade that the applicant wishes to join.

(3)

An application under subregulation (1) to join a brigade as a member under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by the written consent of a parent or guardian of the applicant.
