32 Probationary period
(1)
Unless the Authority otherwise determines, the enrolment by the Authority of a person as a member of a brigade is probationary for the first 6 months.
(2)
A person transferring from one brigade to another brigade who is not already on probation may apply to the Authority to have the period of probation referred to in subregulation (1) waived.
(3)
The Authority may vary the probation period before the expiry of the probation period.
