12 Availability of Codes of Practice
(1)
This clause applies to a notice published under section 34(2) before the commencement day.
(2)
On and after the commencement day, any specification in the notice of the office of DFSV is taken to be a specification of the office of Safe Food Victoria for the purposes of section 34(2).
