Application for dairy industry licence

Current

(1)

On and after the commencement day, an application under section 23(1) that—

(a)

had been made to DFSV; and

(b)

had not been determined before that day—

is taken to be an application made under that provision to Safe Food Victoria.

(2)

On and after the commencement day, a form that—

(a)

had been approved by DFSV, before that day, for the purposes of section 23(1)(a); and

(b)

remained approved immediately before that day—

is taken to be a form approved under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.

(3)

On and after the commencement day, a fee that—

(a)

had been fixed under section 23(2) by DFSV; and

(b)

remained so fixed immediately before that day—

is taken to be a fee fixed under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
