Schedule 1Transitional provisions—Safe Food Victoria Act 2026
7 Licence fees and classes
(1)
On and after the commencement day, a fee that—
(a)
had been fixed, before that day, by DFSV under section 24; and
(b)
remained so fixed immediately before that day—
is taken to be a fee fixed under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
(2)
On and after the commencement day, a determination under section 24(2) or (4) that—
(a)
had been made by DFSV before that day; and
(b)
was in effect immediately before that day—
is taken to be a determination made under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
