6 Dairy industry licence
On and after the commencement day, a dairy industry licence that—
had been issued under section 25 by DFSV before that day; and
remained in force, or was suspended, immediately before that day—
is taken to be a dairy industry licence issued under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
If the dairy industry licence was suspended immediately before the commencement day, it remains suspended on and after that day until the expiry or revocation of that suspension.
On and after the commencement day, a form that—
had been approved, before that day, by DFSV for the purposes of section 25(1)(b); and
remained approved immediately before the commencement day—
is taken to be a form approved under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
