Schedule 1Transitional provisions—Safe Food Victoria Act 2026
8 Classes of dairy industry licences
On and after the commencement day, a determination under section 25(2) that—
(a)
had been made by DFSV before that day; and
(b)
was in effect immediately before that day—
is taken to be a determination made under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
