Schedule 1Transitional provisions—Safe Food Victoria Act 2026
3 Determinations about dairy food
On and after the commencement day, a determination that—
(a)
was made by DFSV, before that day, for the purposes of the definition of dairy food in section 3; and
(b)
was in force immediately before that day—
is taken to be a determination made for the purposes of that definition by Safe Food Victoria.
