186A Work and development permits applied for or approved under Infringements Act 2006
A work and development permit approved by the Secretary under section 27C of the Infringements Act 2006, on and from the repeal of that section, is taken to be a work and development permit approved by the Director under section 10C and has effect accordingly.
An application made to the Secretary for a work and development permit under section 27B of the Infringements Act 2006 that is pending before the repeal of that section, on the repeal of that section, is taken to be an application to the Director for a work and development permit under section 10B.
