191 Payment orders under Infringements Act 2006

A person in respect of whom a payment order within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006 as in force immediately before the repeal of Part 5 of that Act applies immediately before that repeal is taken, on and from the date of that repeal, to have made a payment arrangement with the Director under this Act.
For the purposes of subsection (1)—
a payment arrangement is taken to have the same terms and conditions as the payment order that it superseded; and
on any default of that payment arrangement, sections 56 and 57 of this Act apply.
