201B Administrative services agreements entered into under Part 6A of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989
On and from the commencement of section 125 of the Fines Reform Amendment Act 2017, Part 14A of this Act applies to an agreement entered into under Part 6A of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 that is in force immediately before that commencement as if that agreement had been entered into under Part 14A.
