Enforcement orders made under Infringements Act 2006

In force

An enforcement order notice served in respect of an enforcement order made under the Infringements Act 2006 before the repeal of Part 4 of that Act—

(a)

is taken on and from that repeal to be a notice of final demand served in respect of a registered infringement fine under this Act; and

(b)

may be enforced in accordance with this Act as if a notice of final demand had been served in respect of the registered infringement fine.
