192 Unexecuted infringement warrants issued under Infringements Act 2006
An infringement warrant issued under the Infringements Act 2006 against a person before the repeal of Part 6 of that Act, which has not commenced to be executed before that repeal, on and from that repeal—
is taken to be an enforcement warrant issued under this Act; and
may be executed accordingly.
The sums named in an infringement warrant issued under the Infringements Act 2006 that is taken to be an enforcement warrant by force of this section, remain recoverable under this Act in respect of that warrant on the repeal of Part 6 of that Act.
