Community work permits

In force

A community work permit issued to an infringement offender under section 148 of the Infringements Act 2006, on and from the repeal of that section by this Act—

(a)

is taken to be a community work permit issued under Part 13; and

(b)

is subject to any conditions that apply to a community work permit issued under this Act.
