108 Substitution of party to agreement
If, under an allocation statement, the property, rights, liabilities and obligations of the Country Fire Authority under an agreement are allocated to Fire Rescue Victoria—
(a)
Fire Rescue Victoria becomes, on the approval date of the allocation statement, a party to the agreement in place of the Country Fire Authority; and
(b)
on and after the approval date of the allocation statement, the agreement has effect as if Fire Rescue Victoria had always been a party to the agreement.
