4D Resignation of members of the Fire District Review Panel
(1)
A member of the Fire District Review Panel may resign from membership by signed letter delivered to the Minister.
(2)
A resignation under subsection (1) takes effect—
(a)
on the day the letter is received by the Minister; or
(b)
if a later date is specified in the letter, on that later date.
