4N Effect of Minister's determination
A determination made under section 4M(1) takes effect according to its terms on the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette.
If the determination states that a change is to be made to the Fire Rescue Victoria fire district, the Governor in Council may, by Order published in the Government Gazette, amend Schedule 2 to change the Fire Rescue Victoria fire district as stated in the determination and the Order has effect accordingly.
