152 Removal from office
A member of the Firefighters Registration Board may be removed from office by the Governor in Council on any of the following grounds—
(a)
misconduct;
(b)
neglect of duty;
(c)
inability to perform the duties of office;
(d)
any other ground on which the Governor in Council is satisfied that the person is unfit for office.
